Cancellation policy

Policy on Subscriptions, Pre-Orders and Try Before You Buy

This policy explains how you can change or cancel these types of purchases. It supplements our Returns & Refund Policy.

1. Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you receive recurring deliveries based on the duration and frequency you choose. Your payment details are stored securely, and you will be charged for each delivery unless you choose to prepay.

Some subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the term. You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time via the link in your order confirmation email or through your customer account.

2. Pre-Orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an item not yet in stock or soon to be available, which is ordered or customized specifically at your request.

• Pre-orders are binding and excluded from cancellation or withdrawal as they are made to customer specification (Section 312g (2) No. 1 German Civil Code).
• Cancellation or modification after order completion is not possible.
• If the product becomes unavailable, any payment already made will be fully refunded.
• Your payment method may be charged at purchase or upon dispatch, depending on the product.

Please review your pre-order details carefully before finalizing your purchase.

3. Try Before You Buy

For items offered under “Try Before You Buy”, your payment method is only authorized at first, not charged. You will have a defined period to decide whether to keep the item.

If you return the item within the given time frame, no charge will be made. If you do not return it, your payment method will be automatically charged for the full amount once the trial period expires.

4. General Information

• Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected unless an exception applies under Section 312g (2) of the German Civil Code (BGB).
• Pre-orders placed at the customer’s request are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal.
