TOILET SEAT MEASURING GUIDE

HOW TO MEASURE A TOILET SEAT.

The right toilet seat begins with shape and measurement. A refined detail should look clean, sit stable and match the ceramic properly.

FIT FIRST

D-SHAPE, O-SHAPE OR U-SHAPE?

D-shape has a straighter, more modern front. O-shape is rounded and oval. U-shape has an open front and is less common in private bathrooms.

Measure length, width and fixing distance before ordering. This prevents returns and gives the bathroom a cleaner final look.

1. SHAPE

Look at the front edge: straighter means D-shape, rounded means O-shape.

2. LENGTH

Measure from the fixing holes to the front edge of the bowl.

3. WIDTH

Measure the widest part of the ceramic from left to right.

4. FIXING

Measure the distance between the two mounting holes.
