Yes. Your purchase is covered by the statutory warranty (Gewährleistung) under German law—24 months for new goods. This gives you legal rights if the item has a defect that already existed at delivery.

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day and delivered in 1-3 business days depending on your location.

Yes. For consumer purchases shipped within Germany/EU, you have a statutory right of withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht) of 14 days for distance/off-premises contracts. The 14-day period starts when you (or a person you designate) receive the goods. You can withdraw without giving reasons by sending us a clear statement before the period ends.

How refunds work (legal basics):

  • After you withdraw, we must refund all payments (including the standard outbound shipping cost) within 14 daysof receiving your notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you provide proof you’ve sent them. 
  • You are responsible for any value loss caused by handling beyond what’s necessary to check the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods (like you would in a shop).

Return shipping costs:
Unless we state otherwise, you bear the direct cost of return shipping if we have informed you of this in advance (which we do in our instructions). 

Exchanges:
Exchanges are optional (not a legal right). We’re happy to arrange an exchange where stock allows; otherwise we’ll issue a refund under the withdrawal rules. (Your statutory rights remain unaffected.)

Important legal exceptions (examples):

  • Sealed hygiene products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons can be excluded once unsealed (e.g., if a hygiene seal is broken).
  • Custom-made/personalized items are also excluded.
    These exceptions apply only if we clearly inform you about them before purchase.
